Hi all
I left DAoC ages ago (pre TOA) - I used to play on the EU servers, and my
biggest char is 40+
I've heard about the 'classic' servers in the US, and I'm kinda interested
in them - I was thinking of moving over to the US servers to try them out.
I'm not entirely sure though, I haven't experienced ToA to know how bad it
is for people who don't want to take part in massive epic group stuff all
the time (I prefer hunting with just one or two RL friends).
My questions are:
a)Can you move a character from EU to US (I looked on the camelot web
sites but couldn't see that confirmed or denied.
b)If not, can you transfer a UK box to an american box, or do you have to
buy the right version to begin with. (I know they do digital download, but
I'm a freak that likes to own the box, and I'd rather avoid importing
unless absolutely necessary)
c)If I decide not to bother and just play on the EU version - what's it
like for people in their early level 40s?
