Yes, you do more damage, particularly style damage (the little number 
after the style with the + in the parentheses).

Lotto is normally done with the /random command.
You type /random <number> and it spits out a random number between 1 and 
the number you typed.
Then you will see stuff like this in the chat window.
Lester picks a number between 1 and 1000: 549
Joeyjojo picks a number between 1 and 1000: 874
Isuckatnamepicking picks a number between 1 and 1000: 284
Omgwtflol picks a number between 1 and 1000: 437
Yournamehere picks a number between 1 and 1000: 132
