Not so sure about the "rich forever" part! True, you don't have to
upgrade weapons and armor once you're 50, but you still need to have new
ones crafted for you as the old wear out. And getting weapons and armor
maximally enchanted/spellcrafted costs a LOT of money. Finally, houses
are quite a money sink, at least if you don't play every day.
