Is it just me, or have other people found that sometimes certain
quests are buggy and sometimes they run very smoothly? I would swear
that sometimes I do a quest and everything goes just as it should. The
next time I do the same quest with another character or in another
region and I can't finish the quest at all because of a bug. Does
anyone know what causes this back and forth phenomenon between fine
and buggy?
