If you are planning on making Daggerfall province your base of
operations, the Knights of the Dragon would be the one to join.

That's right. Kynareth only offers spells and a spell-maker.

That's right. Since you are so high up in the Mages Guild, you can
already buy and make enchanted items there, so Julianos would be of no
help to you.

Do you plan on making your own potions in the potion-maker, rather
than just using the recipes you find in the game? That can be fun,
but you'll find that you cannot name them in the potion-maker. You
can name them by taking them to the Mages Guild and naming them in the
item-maker. The effects of the potions depend only on the ingredients
and finding out what ingredients have what effects can be a long and
tedious business, also dangerous, as many of the ingredients are
poisonous.

They also offer training and weapon repair. The Fighters Guild and
Knights also offer quests that can result in your gaining items of
power, once you are high enough in the Guild. Chrysemere, the Lord's
Mail, Auriel's Bow and Auriel's ****eld are the ones I know of.
