The z.cfg file is correct with the path settings on my computer:

When I try to run fall.exe the game tells me to run dagger.exe. ;-)
After deinstalling, reinstalling and applying the 2.13 patch I now have
this problem:
Running Daggerfall from Windows 98SE runs fine - but without any sound.
The game does not recognize my Soundblaster Live! If I disable sound in
daggerfalls setup the game runs. If I set it to anything else (e.g.
Soundblaster 16) - crash.
If I use Dosbox 0.63 and the user interface D-Fend to get Daggerfall to
run I always get the error that I would not have the correct CD-ROM
inserted, "Looks... blabla"...
