As part of the Main Quest, there is usually a letter in there that
Mynisera wants very much. There is also a book that Berenziah would
like to get her hands on. There is also a treasure room that usually
has some pretty good stuff in it. There is some of the usual junk on
the floor, but not much of that, as I remember.
