any clue as to why? basically, the sound won't function properly in
windows - i don't know why it does that either, so i've set up dos,
mscdex,
sound, mouse etc (can someone tell me the config/autoexec command to load
the mouse up, i can't seem to get mine to work without doing it manually),

did memmaker and freed up some space, now i think i've got about 560k
conventional mem, do you think thats it? not enough conventional mem?
upon sorting out memmaker it put in a buffers, whats the optimum number?
