I could have sworn Cosmic Sampler was part of the basic rules of the
game (the ones that come with the dice).  Let me check to see if I am
thinking of a house rule...

You're right, Cosmic Sampler is a house rule.  My mistake.

So I take it we aren't using the Full House rule either (clearing two
flashes at the same time)?
