I meant exactly what you answered... how are the resources of the game and

their "power".
Their use reminds me alot of the Shogun: Mongul Invasion, whereas you play

as the Monguls, whose aim is to conquer Japan, but by not occupying 
permanently the different areas of the map. And they are lethal too.
