Can't install Yuri's Revenge

I just beat RA2, and when I went to install Yuri's Revenge, it said RA2 
isn't installed and aborted installation.

I tried reinstalling RA2, and then YR, but no the same thing happened.

I have XP Home SP2, could that be the problem?

Any help would be appreciated.
