Then again, there are a lot of EA games that also have IP-to-IP.  Myself,
I
never go to GameSpy, mainly because the program stinks.

Sounds to me like you have some sort of Big Beef with EA.  There are quite
a
number of excellent EA games, and I at least am not going to let GameSpy
stop me from trying these games.
