It's not just ladder play, it is about running a 'real' army, led by GMs
(acting as 'the gods'). This army includes Russian and German cadre, staff
and has the whole spectrum down to battalion commanders. The latter doing
most of the fighting, the first most of the planning etc.
CMBB is used as the tool to resolve the actual battles that occur.
The setting is november 1942, around Belyi, Russia (duhh).
