And this proves him wrong, somehow? He said that most of the Chechens
are not terrorists, which clearly implies that some are; you cannot
disprove his statement by pointing to a number of terrorist attacks,
because he never denied that these took place, simply that they were few
in number compared to guerrilla incidents against the Russian armed
forces. Chechen fighters have killed about 5,000 Russian troops, far
more than the number of civilians killed in terrorist incidents, which
tends to suggest that Scott is correct.
