No, those are terrorists. You seem to struggle with this but it's very
simple. If they deliberately target civilians they are terrorists. If
they are attacking members of the Russian armed forces they are
guerrilla fighters. About 5,000 Russian soldiers have been killed in
recent years in Chechnya. Nobody has been counting how many Chechens
have been killed.
