What boosts are there for a villain at level 12? I searched around for
evidence of the low-level SOs like those you can get from Mr. Yin on the
CoH side, but didn't find anything.
Is there anything I can do better than slotting out with DOs? (This is for
my DB/WP brute, and I believe it's the first time the alt has hit 12 in
any
configuration.)
What about at 17?
