Nope.  Playing it on a full speed P4 running Windows XP SP2 - the game
works 
fine like this..  Pressing the @[EMAIL PROTECTED]
 button always brings up '@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
  Tried
running 
MoSlo for a laugh and it made no difference Lol.
