I know of a couple of Ultima sites
rec.games.computer.ultima.series , and
rec.games.computer.ultima.dragons
both of which have some activity. The former seems better for gameplay
tips.
I also subscribe to
alt.rpg.wizardry
although this has been dead for a while too.
