I d/l the 1.9? patch and applied it.
It didn't work because a *.dll file was needed.
I went on the net and got the *.dll
Then it wouldn't work for some other reason.
I tried to re-install 1.6
I couldn't do that because the disk has 1.09 on it and it will not
erase.
I tried to delete Civ4 through add/remove. That wouldn't work because
someone else was using one of the files. (I'm the only user)
Then I manually deleted Civ4 from the hard drive.
Tried to re-install and it wouldn't do it because it said I have 1.6
on the machine.
I went to regedit and deleted all markers with 'civ' in it.
It still didn't work.
Now it will not even format the hard drive.
It's 7am now. I've been doing this since 6pm last night.
Now I'm pissed and just going to buy a new hard drive.
