Yes I do realize that multiple Attacks come with the Blitz promotion
however in this case the A1 had just launched the destroyer and had no
previous combat so I checked it through World Builder and it had no
promotions other than Blitz and in my experience the Blitz promotion
comes later in the list , maybe I am wrong
