Frankly if there is one thing about BTS I hate - it's the spies.
Seems you should just grin and bear it when a city building gets sabotaged
or a tile improvement gets destroyed.
Spending on espionage with the slider doesn't seem to stop it as even if
you
have a huge bonus in espionage points over the AI, they still manage to
cause problems. I do however build all the anti spy buildings I can.
If I get really pissed with them after something gets destroyed, I've
ocassionally cheated and used World Builder to remove all units from their
capital city including the spy(s) who's just done the damage. Seems once
their capital is empty (and unhappy) they have better things to do than
annoy me with spies :)
