Not necessarily. I think it indicates that they are very satisfied with
the
deal and probably will regard you with more kindness in the future. When
you
give away something in a stupid way, they are apt to remain silent for a
while before simply thanking you. I suspect the game makes a special note
of
what you did and lets that leader keep it as a sign og you being a fool,
or
interested in ingratiating yourself, or possibly extremely keen to be
permanent friends. The AI leaders have been programmed in an extremely
sophisticated way lately.
