Does it show up under 'Load a Mod'? 'Load A Mod' is under 'Advanced'
from the main menu.
I'm not sure which version it was fixed in, but there used to be a bug
with the mod folder in 'My Do***ents' not being recognized correctly.
Try putting the mod in the other mod folder (C:\Program Files\Firaxis
Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Mods).

Tell the OS to move the My Do***ents folder somewhere else.
