I didn't play it for a while. But have been back at it recently. I think 
they could have gone a little further with a few things. I would like to
see 
Spies be able to do more to turn a city over to your side. I still don't 
like the naval battle set up. You should be able to bombard an opponents 
****p from a distance without have to do the head to head combat. I used to

like combat where you could destroy a unit with just bombardment either
from 
the air or off shore naval units. Diplomacy is still an issue. Fair trades

are very hard to get. If another Civ makes a trade proposal he/she doesn't

seem to want to deal very much. I only have trouble with one part of the 
graphics with the patch I downloaded. And it is probably my fault. units
in 
combat seem to die and then come back to life. Like I said I probably put
in 
the wrong patch. The one for Vista. Also I seem to have to launch two 
space****ps to win. Don't know what that is all about yet.     Mike.
