Is there anything more pathetic? I've had this game since last Christmas.
Granted, I haven't played it every day since then, but I have played a
number of games. I've learned a bit, but I still suck too much to win
anything other than a Space Race victory (and even then, only when I'm
lucky). The most impressive thing I've ever done was destroy a
civilization,
and even then I was just goofing around to see what it'd be like as
Montezuma. I always hate it when he's in the game. The bastard.
Anyway, my game today WAS going good but I made a fatal error. I was
playing
as Saladin on Noble, Contintents map. I discovered Judaism and
Confucianism,
and built up about 10 cities. Most I ever had. But of course I played on a
Huge map, so... every freaking person on the island was a Christian, so
when
it spread, I accepted it as my religion. I thought this was save me, but
Tokugawa decided he wanted to kill me, and so he did. *sigh*
And I thought religion was the deciding factor in who loved you and who
hated you.
