production numbers

I noticed in BTS that the cities don't show the number of turns in
which a unit or a building will be built in. You actually have to go
inside the city to find out. I wonder if it something that I have to
change in options menu.
Also, now when I bully some civ out of some money it automatically
renews your peace treaty for ten turns; I like that.
A problem that I found is that I have uranium and mines over them and
all the techs required and all the roads connected ,but it still tells
me that I have 0 uranium.
