I find the AI a lot weaker. Perhaps it plays better, but without the
obscene
bonus's it had in warlords it makes for an easier game. Actually I'm not
sure it even plays better, although other people claim it does. Seemed to
me
in my last game it played rather poorly in declaring war against me with
inadequate military and then sacrificing a ton of military unsiccesfully
attacking one of my cities, and then having to live with massive war
weariness until I put it out of its misery.

Cor****ations seem to cost rather a lot and are more like a weapon to use
against others than something useful to have yourself. It seems the best
thing to do when you have unwanted cor****ations bleeding you broke is to
just run state property. I hope they improve corps.

The new persian leader seems a little overpowered. Financial/organised
with
a great early rush unit. hmm.
