Having a problem installing the game

by "Nicholas Byram" <n.byram@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Nov 19, 2004 at 01:59 AM

Help...

When I try to install the Civ2 CD ROM on my computer, a window titled "16
bit Windows Subsystem" pops up and I get the following error message:

"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT.The system file is not suitable for
running
MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the

application."

I have Windows XP, not NT, and plenty of memory for CIV2. I have played it

on this computer before. What is going on?

Thanks.
