Nonono!  Civ II Test of Time didn't have the Conquests in Civilization 
or Fantastic Worlds expansions.  Frankly, I always thought it should 
have been called Civ III (or since there is now a Civ III, maybe 2.5 ;) 
).  ToT has a fantasy scenario, midgard scenario, and a couple of 
different sci-fi scenarios, but they aren't the same as FW/CiC. 
Additionally, it introduced a four-level map in its scenarios that even 
Civ III doesn't have.

Joe, yes there is a Civ II MultiPlayer Gold release that I think came 
bundled with FW and CiC.
