There were two different scenerio packs released for Civilization II,
"Conflicts in Civilization" and "Fantastic Worlds". Also, there was
later a combined release including Civ II and both expansions with
multiplayer capability aas a single package called "Civilization II
Multiplayer Gold".
Did a quick search on eBay and found the following:
Fantastic Worlds (less than 17 hours left to bid):

Conflicts in Civilization:

And there was a huge selection of Multiplayer Gold:

taEndSort&query=Civilization+II+Multiplayer+Gold
If that link doesn't wrap right for you, just do a search from ebay's
home page.
One word of caution. There was also a Civilization II Test of Time.
This does NOT include the scenerio packs.

Well, either Kansas sucks or Illinois blows. Take your pick.
