I have played Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance a few times. I find
it to be quite enjoyable. It carries a retro feel with it throughout
all of the areas in the game. I believe that this was Konami's focus
for the game. However, I have heard some negative feedback of it, so I
guess it didn't appeal to all audiences, but that doesn't bother me at
all. People are different, of course.
