Taking the next village is easy, but it isn't exactly on the good side, if
you've been stationary with your first village enough and growing it
enough, you should have area of influence on the mountain where the guru
is, get a handful of rocks, make a pile of the most tinyest stones, heat
'em up with a couple of fireballs, and throw them at the village. Takes a
bit of practice, but it's just sooo fun to see them squirm whilst trying
to turn down the fires :D also if you wreck it enough, Lethy's runs out of
wood and spends all his time on reimbursting that village with what it
needs, so step 3. and 4. are solved. And for 1. and 2. I have no idea
