Will it run on XP?

Hey, anybody gotten B&W to run on XP?  I've tried compatibility mode, safe
mode, just about any trick you can think of, and I can't get past the
splash
screen.  The help files don't seem to be much help, either...

XPP (sp1)
NVida Geforce4 Ti 4200
P4 2.56ghz
1G RAM... etc.

Any Ideas?
