If you are in an F-35 it will be pretty much impossible.

If you are in a MIG or J-10 just execute turns, and use your flares (don't

do it too soon, wait until you have a turn or loop going that will throw
off 
the lock while you try to get out of their visual field).

The bombers are hard to evade with as well...

The flight characteristics of the game pretty much suck as far as balance 
go.  They really ****ed up the J-10 wireframe model and caused it to be 
pretty much impossible to hit with a missile except for extreme luck or 
directly behind a dumb pilot.
