Even if everyone surpassed you I've got good news. First of all the
lower level content is better than ever. With all the rebalancing
they have done in average play leveling will happen more often than
before.
That being said, the graphics are slowly being improved. Check the
new creature they are introducing ingame -

Even better than that, the first thing on the to do list is an
expansion pack for the graphics once the deal between Turbine and MS.
If you go about a year with dated graphics you could get slightly
lesser dated graphics by next Christmas.
