Jason is dead on about the group. To reclaim your account you have to
deal with the folks at the Zone billing :
For billing sup****t goto: http://zone.msn.com/billing
or call the phone number on his charge card statement.
Include Proof of Identity (Credit Card#, Bank Address,
Coupon#, ZoneName, Pass****t ID, etc) if you're trying
to recover a lost account.
