It's one of those few rarities that can start a technological
revolution and this one did in terms of 3D action and shooting.
Note: The patch upgrades the Episode 1 only version to the full 6
episode edition v1.4. Make sure the shareware version installed is not
v1.0 or v1.1/1.2. If that's the case, you'll just have to download the
updated shareware version and install on top of the current one before
you can run the upgrade to the freeware complete version. Also, this
version 1.4 has the debug mode left intact. Apogee used to take it out
but at a later date reinstated it, hence the confusion.
