There are plenty more web sites out there which can help, but they should
get you started with most of the basics, quest spoilers etc.
Arcanum used to be great, and its guides are really good, but they haven't
been updated in over a year, so newer content isn't covered there, but it
still has a lot of useful information.
aodb and Auno have databases of all the items found in game, and many that
are no longer in game or have never made it to live, so a great reference
and useful, but don't go all drooly over every item you find, many are
hard
to get hold of, even if they are in game ;-)
