It was my hard drive.  The partition that Windows in on is really low 
under 1M!  I told Win zip to unzip to another partition and the one from 
File Shack worked.  Unfortunately I forgot my password right after I 
registerd so I am waiting on an e-mail.

Dose anyone know how to turn off the low disc space notification in 
Winds XP?
