Glad the Org is working out for you. The bigger it gets, the more benefits
you'll see.
But be careful, getting big by recruiting everybody you meet can cause
problems down the line... (And be aware, Funcom said about a month ago,
they will start making the Org responsible if players are caught regularly
greifing other players, exploiting etc. Not sure what they mean by that,
but I would guess starting by talking to the president, then if that
doesn't give a satisfactory conclusion, maybe turning off Org Advantages
or
in extreme cases they have said they will disband the Org.)
Our's is one of the oldest Orgs on RK3 (German Server) it was founded
during
the beta and is still going. But we have a strict application procedure,
prospective new members must team with at least two members of the org for
a couple of missions, if their play style is like ours (not a
loot-a-holic,
not running into big rooms and pulling 10 mobs etc.), then they are asked
to put a description of themselves on our homepage and if nobody has any
objections (i.e. the person hasn't been abusive to another member not in
the original team etc.) then the player joins the Org as an Applicant for
one months probation.
Our Org is like a big family, we have a couple of members which
occassionaly
cause friction, but we have only ever had to kick one person from the Org
in 3 years. We are like a big, happy family; and we have a generally high
reputation among the other guilds - we are also not a big PvP/Tower Org
