Agreed, his Org is new, so they will take time to establish an items base,
and yes, it will probably, currently, be difficult for them to organise
raids. I was talking more generally, what an Org can do for him, once it
is
established.

Our Org usually helps people out with Raids, whether the other people have
interest in the area or a need. I needed help a while back to get a MAW
from IS for my Trader, since then I've been on several more raids with
her,
even though I don't need anything more from IS, I return the help that was
given me. Same for items. We had some new recruits join us last month and
a
few of us went to Scheol and camped the mobs there for Tier 1 items for
them, helped them get the appropriate insignias in Ely and Scheol and lent
them money to buy their basic jobe armour.

Yes, a new, small Org won't be able to offer as much, they need to grow,
but
it should give him an idea of what can be achieved over time, and why an
Org is a good idea.
