With each new title level, you also get an extra couple of IPR's. However,
with all of my characters, many in TL5+, I think I've only needed 2 IPR's
so far, although my third is probably on the horizon...
Some professions tend to use them more than others, Enforcers are probably
the biggest users of IPR's as they often switch between 2he, 2hb, 2hb and
1he depending on what weapon is über in their current level range.
IPR's are really useful at times, but they should be saved until they are
really needed, reclaiming 40-50 points on a skill isn't going to get you
much in the long run and you might need the IPR's later on for something
else. Resetting for 400+ points is probably worth doing if you need to
change weapons or loose some trade skills etc.
