Reverse Dungeon - Level 2 (2E)

For a change of pace, my players wanted to play Reverse Dungeon. They
enjoyed level 1, playing the goblins, and we just started level 2. I
have a question, though. A note says that there are three entrances
to
level 2 - from the stairs down in the goblin main room, from the
stairs down behind the secret door in the cells, and from the well in
the children's room. However, when I read the adventure, I can't find
anything that says where the well ends up in level 2. Does anyone
have
any idea?
