Introduction:
With the unfortunate announcement that Paizo lost the DUNGEON™ license
many great pieces of content in that magazine were lost with it, as that
content reverted back to WotC. Whether WotC does anything with that
content remains to be seen, but the story of Maure Castle™ will push
onward none-the-less, and if this acts as a further catalyst for WotC to
eventually publish the dungeon setting which is extant (in the magazine
and those parts added here), so much the better for the fans who
initially sup****ted it and wish to see more of it detailed.
Author Intent:
Whereas I am the primary author of the original material, in as much as
that material was based on my original adventure Mordenkainen's
Fantastic Adventure (WG5), the published material is not owned by me,
but by WotC. So, what content I post here is FREE. Please disseminate it
free of charge, and if you do so include the proper copyright and
trademark notices as we have noted at the end of this page. The intent
is to get more Maure into folks' hands, keep the pulse pumping on this
and eventually add enough material so that fans have a solid base from
which to finally conclude the adventure. This is perforce an ongoing
project, as I have other projects for my own company to be designing,
but I guarantee that material will be added on a periodic basis.
Ending Note:
Note that all content (except for the Mysterious Maure article below)
will assume full knowledge on the reader's part of the three published
adventures in DUNGEON #112, #124 and #139.
This Intro Page will also list content added as we post it, as follows:
Update (05/07/2007): Added The Mysterious Maure article:

It is simply breathtaking to watch the glee and abandon with which
the liberal media and the Angry Left have been attempting to turn
our military victory in Iraq into a second Vietnam quagmire. Too bad
for them, it's failing.
