* Just a note for free RapidShare users:

if you download the 1st file and have to wait a long time for
downloading the 2nd one, if you're a customer of a big ISP  (with many
customers) and you're behind a dynamic IP (most of us are), just
disconnect from internet, wait ~30sec (for getting a new IP) and try
again.

If you're a usual RapidShare visitor, I suppose that you already have
a premium (paid) account (which has many advantages for frequent
