Hi Tom! :-)
For some mysterious reason, the author seems to has locked the floppy
images!
I couldn't either open the floppy contents.
I'm a bit suspicious and I don't want to run at my system, software
that I can't scan with my antivirus.
Anyway! The good thing is that the floppy images are running properly
when I boot from the IMG files (as a virtual floppy), within a virtual
machine environment (ms vpc, vmware, vbox).
Since virtual machines are free and DOS is a very lightweight OS for
today's standards, I don't think that someone will have performance
problems, running it at a virtualization software, even in older
systems (I'm still having a celeron 800, but I'm running it without
problems).
Maybe a problem is that virtual graphic cards are very simple (just a
classic VGA), but I think for the most DOS games, this shouldn't be a
problem.
Greetings!!!
Giorgos. :-)
