Well, I know DragonRealms has a DragonCode generator/decoder built into a
web page (in the publicly-accessible part of the site, fortunately) that's
more up-to-date than any of the standalone programs I've seen.
I'm not sure if it's the same one you had, but I have a standalone
encoder/decoder I got from somewhere. You can find it here:
