If you're in university, then ask your sysadmins or some geeks what your
Usenet server is. Also, your university also might not let you connect
to external news servers, so start with a free trial to see if you can
connect.
On Windows, many use Thunderbird, MozillaMail, or a cousin thereof to
read news, instead of the default ones.
