Hosting a server is easy. Grab TinyMUX, install, turn on Windows IIS
(internet information services or something, under Add/Remove Programs ->
Add/Remove Windows Componenents).
Then just boot up a telnet client (such as putty, or hell, start -> run ->
telnet) give it your machine's IP and the ****t the server listens on
(default...2680? something like that, there's a config file).
Bam. You're done. Although, if you have a router or cable modem, you'll
need
to set up ****t forwarding on it (and cable modems are notoriously non
cooperative in this matter). I think I had to set my listen ****t as 8080,
or
if I had a router, tell people 8080 and then just forward traffic on 8080
to
2860.
