As the day dawns, sunny and bright, with only a few wisps of clouds to
mar the perfect blue of the sky, the black dragon awakens once more.
Beckoning to one of the watchers, he speaks softly:

"Come, my friend. Your reward is long overdue."

Although he is speaking softly, all within the bowl can hear clearly,
and all throughout Alfandra, and wherever the magic of Alfandra still
lives, all those can clearly hear as well.

As the second dragon steps onto the stage, the black once again speaks
out:

"My Lady Viriatha de Cordova y Elenia has offered a reward for the
person who posted the most relevant posts in March of 2007. The winner
of that contest now stands before you.

The reward should have been forthcoming long before this. I have been
direlict in my duties, as I have been waiting for my long-absent mate to
once again brighten this realm with her presence. However, that happy
day has not yet arrived. Know, however, that my Lady Viriatha, although
absent in body, is here in spirit, and in thought.

And so, it is my honour to present this--" and as he speaks the last
word, a tightly wrapped scroll of parchment appears in his hands "--
Scroll of Nobility to the winner."

With that, he hands the scroll to the other dragon on the stage with
him.

"All welcome Alfandra's newest member of the nobility, Lord Draco18s!!"

He applauds the other dragon on the stage with him, offering handshakes
and hugs, first to Lord Draco, then to all the others who have attended,
before backing off to allow Lord Draco the stage, and the
congratulations, to himself.
